our PHILOSOPHY
In life, there are those who stay the traditional course and those who forge their own path. There are those who follow antiquated rules and those who rewrite them. There are those who simply make their way through life and those who march to the beat of their own drum. Why is that? We recognize something others don’t and we’re expressing gratitude for that clarity over a seven-course meal and bottles of Veuve; There’s no nobility in the mundane.
According to The Book of WӒNT(ǝ)N, failure to know and express your authentic self, pursue your deepest desires and live life to the fullest are grave transgressions. In other words— being ordinary is a sin. To escape the ordinary, disruption is necessary, indulgence is essential and decadence is required.
