Day 1 — ARRIVE RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL

Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, you are met and transferred to your hotel.


Day 2 RIO DE JANEIRO

This morning, journey up Corcovado Mountain for a spectacular glimpse of Rio, and an up-close look at the majestic statue Christ the Redeemer, one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. Relax with an afternoon at leisure.


DAY 3 RIO DE JANEIRO

Begin with a leisurely cycling tour of Rio’s iconic beaches, including Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. Pause at a local fruit stand to sample some exotic varieties you may not have encountered before. Later in the afternoon, ride by cable car to the peak of Sugar Loaf Mountain, where you toast the sunset and drink in the amazing views.

DAY 4 — IGUAZU FALLS

Fly to Iguazu Falls and transfer to your hotel situated just a short walk from the cascades. Enjoy lunch at your hotel before spending the afternoon at leisure, perhaps enjoying the amenities on offer.

DAY 5 IGUAZU FALLS

Today, discover the Argentine side of the falls by train, taking in spectacular views of the falls as well as the tropical flora and fauna. After lunch, proceed to a catwalk above the lush basin called the Devil’s Gorge.


Day 6 — BRASILIA

This morning, explore the Brazilian side of the falls, enjoying panoramic views and venturing out on a catwalk suspended over the cataracts at dawn before the park opens and the crowds arrive. Then, transfer to the airport for your flight to Brasilia. Upon arrival, take in the city’s iconic architecture, including Our Lady of Fatima Church, Belvedere TV Tower, Three Powers Square, Metropolitan Cathedral, JK Memorial, National Congress and University of Brasília. Later this evening, enjoy dinner at a local churrascaria (barbecue) restaurant.


Day 7 BRASILIA & SALVADOR

After breakfast, explore Brasilia’s Central Bank Museum, Federal Savings Building and Itamaraty Palace (State Department). Then, transfer to the airport for your flight to historic Salvador, Brazil’s former capital. Later this evening, gather for a lively Bahia musical performance, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 8 — SALVADOR

Take in the largest assemblage of colonial architecture in Latin America as you stroll the cobbled lanes of the Pelourinho, or town center. Discover a pastel canvas of brightly painted stucco and terra cotta tiles, exploring São Francisco Church and the Municipal Square. Next, sample a distinctive local sugar cane spirit — the national drink of Brazil, cachaça. After lunch at a local restaurant, return to your hotel for an afternoon at leisure.


Day 9 — SALVADOR

Continue your exploration of Bahia culture, sampling the eclectic blend of Mediterranean, African, Latin and Asian flavors that define this regional cuisine. Begin at the bustling São Joaquim market, gathering ingredients for a Chef’s Table experience featuring a flavorful local dish, moqueca. After lunch, enjoy the rhythms of Bahia, a percussive regional music that drives the pulse of the city. A local expert guides you through the finer points of this influential sound, leading an upbeat and interactive performance.


Day 10 — DEPART SALVADOR

This morning after breakfast, you are transferred to the airport for your international departure.
